H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Chicago to implement visual standards and drive commercial excellence across the store. You will coach and develop the store team, execute campaigns, manage stock and ensure exceptional customer experiences through strong product presentation.

Qualifications

• Curious and creative; adaptable with strong communication to achieve cross-functional results.
• Leadership experience with coaching store teams on visual and commercial execution.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, product presentation and seasonal campaigns.
• Good knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices and tools.
• Experience in following selling equations and weekly sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience in your store by ensuring visual and commercial curation according to guidelines (In-direct).
• Representing yourself and the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions (Direct).
• Organize and plan workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain latest global campaigns and sale activities on time according to Brand Standards.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
