H&M in Lombard, IL, is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to uphold visual standards and drive commercial excellence. You will curate visuals, align with global campaigns, and coach store teams to deliver an inspiring shopping experience in line with brand guidelines.

You will stay current with fashion trends, lead store-level visual updates, and collaborate with management to optimize stock, display, and customer flow across the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Curious and creative; proactive, solution focused, flexible, with effective communication to achieve cross-functional results.
• Fashion interests and leadership skills; apply visual and commercial experience in a dynamic retail environment.
• Experience being solution focused to improve product presentation and commercial execution in store.
• Good knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Know how to manage, follow-up and act on selling equations and weekly sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Omni customer experience by ensuring visual and commercial curation per guidelines.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain latest global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocation to store management and area teams.
• Perform sales KPI follow-up and identify visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
