Job summary

Qualifications

Experience as Visual Merchandiser or VM leader in a retail store.
Proven ability to coach and develop teams at store level.
Strong understanding of visual and commercial presentation standards.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the omni customer experience by following visual and commercial guidelines.
Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
Set and track store visual and commercial goals with management teams.
Lead VM team to plan workload according to activation plans and business needs.
Launch and sign off on global campaigns and sale activities on time.
Monitor stock levels, garment care, and input on allocation.
