Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a dedicated Visual Merchandiser for our Las Cruces stores. You will implement engaging merchandising displays that align with sales goals and brand standards, coordinating layouts for furniture, lighting, and accessories.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• 2 years' experience in retail store visual merchandising.
• Associate degree in interior design or merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement a visual merchandising strategy aligned with sales goals.
• Execute displays and coordinate layouts for furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Remerchandise displays and signage to maximize sell-through.
• Assist with floor moves and communicate with Visual Leadership.
• Maintain store appearance and complete recovery processes throughout the day.
• Mentor staff on merchandising basics.
• Coordinate with the store manager on tasks, visual needs, and POS materials.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
