Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Work Experiences:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier Only).
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets (Cashier Only).
• 4+ years of outdoor hobbies, interests, and skills; fishing and hunting experience preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast Only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to connect and engage with customers, including bilingual skills a plus.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
• Proficiency in basic math and applying instructions.
• Operate POS equipment and coach others (Cashier Only).
• Write routine reports and correspondence (Cashier Only).
• Knowledge of inventory software and order systems (Cashier Only).
• Passion and knowledge of outdoor hobbies (Outdoor Enthusiast Only).
• Must meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member Only).
• Must qualify for FOID card (Illinois only) (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member Only).
• Proficiency with basic tools and equipment.
• Provide prompt, friendly service.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Strong situational awareness.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Acceptable hearing and vision.
• Adhere to work hours and policies.
• Frequently walk, reach, and talk.

• Lift up to 10 pounds constantly, up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Stand, handle, and use fingers repetitively.
