Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member only).

Work Experiences:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier only).
• Support of operations and sales targets (Cashier only).
• Outdoor hobbies and skills, especially fishing and hunting (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).

Skills:

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Hearing and vision requirements to perform duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and rules.

• Lift up to 10 pounds constantly and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Stand and use hands and fingers frequently.
