Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member only).

Work Experiences:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier only).
• Supporting operations to meet sales targets (Cashier only).
• 4+ years of outdoor hobbies, interests, and skills; fishing and hunting preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• CPR and First Responder certification a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect and engage with customers who share interests in sports and outdoor activities; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
• Proficiency in basic math and understanding instructions.
• Operate and train others on POS equipment, symbol, and telephone (Cashier only).
• Ability to write routine reports and use inventory software (Cashier only).
• Passionate about outdoor hobbies such as fishing, hunting, shooting, and camping (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• Must meet legal requirements for firearm transactions and FOID card in Illinois (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member only).
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Provide prompt, friendly customer service.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Strong situational awareness skills.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have adequate hearing and vision.
• Follow company policies and work hours.

• Lift up to 10 pounds constantly and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Stand, handle, and perform repetitive motions regularly.
