Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Associate Selling Team Leader for our Baton Rouge store.

You will act as the Store Team Leader's go-to person, leading daily operations, coaching a sales-driven team, and ensuring a best-in-class guest experience while maintaining brand standards. You will recruit and train staff, provide ongoing feedback, and drive KPIs through performance management and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: coach and develop teams toward high customer service and sales targets.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for real-time feedback and performance reviews.
• Retail operations knowledge: visual standards, fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Business-minded with ability to analyze trends and drive KPIs.
