• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experience.

• Oversee inbound freight, transfers, and store-to-warehouse movements.
• Lead omni-channel processes including FES orders and RIOs.
• Uphold loss prevention policies and safety standards.
• Serve as Leader on Duty to drive conversion and loyalty.
