Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Associate Manager for our Towson, MD store. You will help achieve budgets, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and uphold the brand’s Resort Chic lifestyle. The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and maintaining store assets in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will partner with store leadership to drive sales, train staff, and ensure excellent store culture through communication, flexibility, and strong adherence to company values.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in retail or relevant industry
• Four year college degree is preferred
• Genuine optimistic approach to leadership
• Passion for the Lilly Pulitzer Brand positioning
• Ability to work store schedule as needed including nights and weekends and holidays
