Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Associate Manager for our Towson store to support sales goals and deliver the Lilly Resort Chic experience. You will lead with optimism, coach the team, and ensure smooth daily operations while upholding core values.

The role requires a minimum of two years in retail and a four-year degree is preferred. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

• Minimum two years in retail or relevant industry.
• Four year college degree is preferred.
