• Recruit, hire and retain a high-performing team with leadership development plans and performance reviews.
• Develop store leadership through training, development plans and annual reviews.
• Establish goals, uphold brand standards, and reward outstanding performance daily.
• Own visual standards, floorsets, merchandising, and replenishment for guest-ready presentation.
• Create efficient schedules by evaluating traffic and payroll reports to optimize staffing.
