Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key merchandising areas. The role emphasizes top selling performance, Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, with BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

The Team Leader will supervise shifts, model selling behaviors, train teammates, and ensure safety and policy compliance while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred or knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Supervisory experience preferred; must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing and counting skills required; basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service.
• Coach team members to improve selling behaviors and standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
