Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. The role emphasizes Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

The position requires availability for varied shifts, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to lead and develop team members while maintaining store standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience: Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment by following and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Use A+ Coaching to celebrate and develop Team Members, improve selling behaviors, and reinforce consistent operating standards.
• Deliver Legendary Service and model selling behaviors as one of the top selling Team Members in the store.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery, including assigned standards and follow-up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, Customer handoff, and follow-up as assigned.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and Customer engagement routines as assigned by the Store Manager or Sales Manager.
• Support Store readiness by owning and maintaining Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing.
• Operate cash register/computer, forklift, and other equipment as needed; assist customers with loading purchases.
