Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own sales-floor presentation areas. You will play a key role in delivering Legendary Service and driving top-selling performance while managing Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery.

In this role you will lead shifts, train Team Members, and ensure accurate merchandising recovery along with BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

Qualifications

Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce selling behaviors through customer engagement and team coaching.
Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, maintenance, and recovery.
Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, and handoffs.
Lead assigned Team Members during shifts with delegation and follow-up.
Support store recovery and maintain ownership of key merchandising areas.
