Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership and drive Legendary Service. You will coach Team Members, own key sales-floor presentations, and ensure accurate merchandising across Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery.

In this role you’ll lead shifts, delegate tasks, monitor safety, and assist with BOPIS/OMNI operations. You’ll be a top seller in the store, model selling behaviors, and help maintain a positive, productive environment for customers

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience helpful.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethics in handling customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coaching for Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts with task delegation.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff as assigned.
• Operate cash register and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Obtain licenses or certifications as needed by the business.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
