Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach team members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps. The role emphasizes delivering Legendary Service and leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, may have supervisory background, and is committed to safety and operational standards while supporting omni-channel initiatives like BOPIS.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; reading, writing, and counting能力 required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned team members, delegate tasks and ensure service expectations.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, and customer engagement routines.
• Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
