Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and drive sales-floor presentation areas. You will own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery while delivering Legendary Service and customer engagement.

Ideal candidates have retail or related knowledge, supervisory experience, and the ability to work varied shifts in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role requires reliable attendance and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment by following and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery, including assigned standards and follow-up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, Customer handoff, and follow-up as assigned.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and Customer engagement routines as assigned by the Store Manager or Sales Manager.
• Support Store readiness by owning and maintaining Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing.
• Operate cash register/computer, forklift, and other equipment as needed; assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete all documentation associated with the above job duties accurately and timely.
• Obtain license or certifications as needed by the business.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
