Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support. The role emphasizes delivering Legendary Service, strong customer engagement, and team development in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior retail or supervisory experience, be 18+, and possess basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or supervisory roles preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coaching to Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as assigned.
• Lead Team Members during shifts with delegation and follow-up.
• Assist customers at the front-end and on the sales floor.
