Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor areas. You will be a top selling Team Member with ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, plus BOPIS/OMNI duties as needed.

Applicants should be flexible, customer-focused, and capable of leading others while maintaining safe, efficient store operations and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap, clothing recovery and related signage and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution including staging and customer handoff as assigned.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and ensure service expectations are met.
• Assist with front-end, sales floor, and customer engagement routines as directed by managers.
