Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery. The role involves BOPIS/OMNI support, shift supervision, and ensuring safety and operational standards.

Applicants should have retail experience (preferred), supervisory background, and be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience: Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and be able to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce leading with Legendary behaviors through customer engagement, coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation and safety practices.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, and customer engagement routines as assigned by management.
