Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach team members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas. You will drive Legendary Service and lead a small team to maintain Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, while coordinating BOPIS/OMNI tasks as needed.

The position requires flexible hours, strong customer interaction, and hands-on leadership. You will guide shifts, ensure safety, and uphold store standards while delivering top customer

Qualifications

• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviors and standards.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation and follow-up.
• Support front-end, sales-floor recovery, and customer engagement routines as assigned.
