Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; reading, writing and counting skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members on selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs.
• Lead Team Members during shifts with task delegation and safety in mind.
• Operate cash register and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
