Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas. You will be a top selling Team Member with ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing, and counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coaching to team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead team members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support front-end and sales-floor routines as assigned by management.
