Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Savannah, GA is hiring a Store Team Leader to drive store performance and service excellence.

You will manage payroll budgets, expenses, banking, shrink, and related reports while guiding a team to meet financial and operational goals. The role requires a High School diploma, 2 years of retail management experience, flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends/holidays, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years retail management with mid/large retailer.
• Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting.
• Demonstrates Yes I Care, Yes I Can behaviors in service experiences for associates and customers.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and programs meet expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to grow associates.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open/close the store and perform additional duties as assigned.
