Qualificações

• Three years of retail management experience at mid-to-large retailer.

Responsabilidades

• Provides financial oversight of all sales and profit goals, including payroll budgets and store expenses.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service behaviors and company standards in every interaction.
• Executes merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes to meet goals.
• Coaches, trains, develops, evaluates, supervises, and schedules store associates to meet business needs.
