Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience at a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial oversight of all sales and profit goals, including payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink, and other initiatives.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s core values in delivering exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences at every interaction.
• Executes strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes to meet goals.
• Acts as a talent grower—coaches, trains, develops, evaluates, and schedules store associates.
• Maintains proper security of the store location and all company assets.
