Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provides the financial oversight of all sales and profit goals including payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction and other key initiatives.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service behaviors in all associate and customer interactions.
• Executes merchandising strategies, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes.
• Coaches and schedules store associates to meet business needs and staffing budgets.
• Maintains security of the store location and company assets.
