Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI and assist with customer handoffs and follow-up.
• Lead Team Members during shifts with delegation and safety in mind.
• Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately.
