• Maintain stock levels and size availability to maximize sales and meet customer expectations.
• Ensure store standards: presentation, merchandising, replenishment.
• Allocate daily tasks and shifts to keep colleagues productive and engaged.
• Oversee customer areas for a fast, friendly shopping experience.
• Support opening, closing, and store duty management as needed.
• Review customer feedback and handle issues professionally.
• Coach and develop colleagues through effective communication and onboarding.
• Ensure pricing, signage, and safety checks meet standards.
