Job summary

You will own the store business plan, analyze sales trends, manage schedules and payroll, recruit and develop leaders, maintain visual standards and floorsets, and ensure integrity in decisions.

• Own the store's business plan to meet KPI goals.
• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time decisions.
• Recruit, hire and retain a high-performing team with succession planning.
• Develop leadership through coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and floorsets.
• Create efficient schedules and manage payroll to balance guest experience and costs.
• Make integrity-driven compensation decisions and uphold Asset Protection standards.
