American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Store Team Leader in Tyler, TX. You’ll act as the CEO of your store, driving operational excellence, coaching a high-performing team, and delivering a best-in-class guest experience aligned with AE Brand Standards.

You will own the store's business plan, analyze sales trends, and make strategic decisions to meet KPI goals while ensuring labor is optimized and brand integrity is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest loyalty through best-in-class service and store productivity.
• Own controllable elements of the store's P&L and analyze daily sales trends to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, hire and retain a high-performing team; develop leadership and succession plans.
• Maintain brand standards and execute Floorsets, merchandising adjustments and replenishment.
• Create and communicate store goals; hold team accountable to standards.
• Schedule around traffic and payroll reports to optimize labor costs.
