• Drive store sales and manage budgeting, forecasting and expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence and implement Walmart OBW service model.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow and store operations, driving action plans to meet goals.
• Communicate plans and changes effectively to staff and stakeholders.
