Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers with inquiries in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Lead and develop Store Associates under the Store Manager.
