Sephora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the TX-West Lake Hills location in Austin. You will be the heartbeat of the store, guiding daily operations, coaching a diverse team, and elevating the client experience in a fast-paced beauty retail setting.

You’ll drive sales, recruit top talent, and ensure seamless store performance while upholding Sephora’s standards and brand guidelines. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
