Sephora USA, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager for the TX-La Cantera store in San Antonio, to be the heartbeat of the team and a visible leader on-site.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive daily operations, deliver exceptional client experiences, and uphold Sephora’s standards in a fast-paced beauty retail environment. You’ll recruit and coach a diverse team, conduct performance discussions, and mentor associates to grow their skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as an assistant store manager or similar retail leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive sales while delivering client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Operations & Client Experience. Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
• Inspire & Empower Teams. Lead with passion to coach, inspire, and empower your team to exceed expectations and performance goals.
• Recruit & Cultivate Top Talent. Attract, hire, and onboard new talent, building a diverse and inclusive team.
• Champion Continuous Learning. Deliver real-time coaching, actionable feedback, and ongoing support to maximize associates’ potential.
• Drive Performance Through Feedback. Conduct performance appraisals and provide mentorship to support each team member’s career journey.
• Elevate Client Satisfaction. Deliver outstanding service and resolve concerns to drive engagement and loyalty.
• Ensure Operational Excellence. Maintain a visually inspiring store and ensure compliance with policies and brand guidelines.
