Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred; must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. You must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to meet selling standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery, and support BOPIS/OMNI activities.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, delegating tasks and ensuring safety.
• Operate store equipment and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete documentation accurately and obtain certifications as needed.
