Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Las Vegas seeks a Team Leader to act as brand representative and support store management in delivering an exceptional client experience. You will lead the Client Advisors to maximize conversion and client retention and assist with daily store operations and stock control.

The role involves onboarding and training, driving KPI targets, and coordinating CRM campaigns and visual standards while maintaining product knowledge and engaging storytelling.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and clienteling experience.
• Ability to communicate product stories persuasively.
• Experience with retail operations and inventory processes.
• Familiarity with retail systems such as Smart XP, PRISM and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Drive individual sales targets and contribute to store KPI objectives.
• Develop and retain clients through clienteling and outreach activities.
• Collect and maintain client data to enrich the prospect database.
• Ensure deep product knowledge and storytelling to support selling.
• Support stock organization, cycle counts, receiving and transfers.
• Coordinate CRM campaigns, VM setups, shift scheduling and staff assignments.
• Handle returns, repairs and client complaints when managers are absent.
