You will support merchandising, stock management, and adherence to store procedures while building a personal client portfolio and providing styling recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury environment
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills to develop lasting client relationships
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to operate equipment including phone systems, cash register, and computers
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio focused on retention and lifetime value
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs such as sales volume and average transaction value
• Provide exceptional client service in person, by phone, and via email; set appointments and follow up
• Leverage product knowledge and storytelling to create personalized client experiences and styling recommendations
• Support floor moves, visual merchandising, housekeeping, and boutique presentation
• Locate merchandise and process inter-store transfers or charge-send sales
• Follow store security procedures and assist with packing purchases
