Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to walk/stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise.
• Basic computer skills, including creating/saving text documents and emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet store needs.
• Assist team members with completing store tasks.
• Ensure training and education for team members, including ongoing compliance training.
• Act as leader on duty in the absence of the Store Manager, and help open/close the store and secure premises.
