Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Team Lead to work with the Department Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise, helping drive sales and profits. You will support team members with tasks and ensure they receive proper training and ongoing compliance education.

As the lead on duty, you’ll address customer and staff concerns in the absence of the Store Manager, assist with opening/closing, and ensure store property and personnel remain safe and secure.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to walk/stand, lift 25–50 pounds, and move merchandise with proper equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including creating/saving documents and emailing.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members and assist with daily tasks in the store.
• Act as leader on duty, responding to customer and team concerns.
• Open and close the store and ensure safety of assets and personnel.
