Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when the Store Manager is absent.
• Lead store associates through training programs, set goals, and follow up.
• Recruit, train, and develop personnel and uphold company policies and dress code.
• Drive selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store operations, cash handling, and prepare for inventory audits.
• Organize backroom, optimize product presentation, and execute VM updates.
• Support inventory management, pricing changes, and window activations.
