Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Store Team Leader in Fishers, IN. The role supports the Store Leader and management team to meet annual operating goals, exercising judgment on customer, staff, and operational issues.

The leader will coach hourly staff, participate in recruitment as needed, and strive for continuous development. Key duties include daily operations, mission alignment, and resource stewardship to meet sales and donation targets.

Qualifications

• Must have proven supervisory experience in a service-related setting.
• Coaching and feedback to staff to develop skills.
• Strong communication, listening, and written skills.
• Focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Basic computer and software familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains hourly employees on daily tasks.
• Participates in hourly associate recruitment and interviews as needed.
