The role requires at least 2 years of retail supervisory experience and knowledge of hunting, fishing, or shooting sports. Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in a firearm environment. This is a full-time position with variations in shifts and potential overtime.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of retail and sales experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Knowledge of hunting, fishing, or shooting sports preferred.

• Manages a staff of hourly employees and oversees daily store operations.
• Provides excellent customer service and ensures a high-value shopping experience.
• Meets budgeted sales by setting daily/weekly/monthly goals and managing labor costs.
• Promotes products and events and encourages teamwork.
• Schedules shifts and breaks in compliance with laws; monitors cash handling and register functions.
• Maintains merchandise stock levels, displays products effectively, and handles firearms paperwork.
• Trains, motivates, supervises, and develops employees; covers breaks as needed.
• Occasional travel up to 20% for events, trainings, or new store openings.
• Hours are at least 45 per week; overtime may be required.
