Job summary

The LEGO Group in Missouri is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support store operations in a hybrid work environment. You will assist the ASM and SM with scheduling, supervise Sales Associates on shift, and help maintain budget-conscious stock and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Supervise and assist with shift operations and scheduling.
• Ensure cash handling and point-of-sale procedures are followed correctly.

Responsibilities

• Assist ASM and SM with holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts and address issues per LEGO policies.
• Process orders for store and office supplies within guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure proper money handling by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and merchandise products on the shop floor.
• Support high standards of merchandise presentation following store guidelines.
