Job summary

LEGO Brand Retail Inc. is seeking a shift lead to support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in daily operations. You will supervise Sales Associates, assist with scheduling and attendance, and ensure proper merchandising and stockroom organization to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include handling cash procedures, processing supply orders, and contributing to a safe, welcoming store environment. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts per LEGO policies.
• Assist ASM and SM with scheduling and attendance.
• Ensure accurate store and office supply orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and product merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with potential issues.
• Complete orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain organized stockroom and ensure products are merchandised on the floor and loss targets are met.
• Assist the ASM and SM in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation.
