Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a part-time Retail Team Leader at Ridgedale Mall in Minnesota. The role supports the ASM and SM with scheduling and supervision of Sales Associates, ensuring LEGO policies are followed and merchandise presentation meets standards.

You will help manage stock, orders, and money handling while promoting a positive and efficient store environment. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with an average of three days in the office as part of our flexible policy.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising sales staff on shift and resolving issues per policies.
• Ability to manage store operations and keep a well-organized stockroom.
• Familiar with merchandising standards and loss prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts and resolve issues per LEGO policies.
• Complete orders for store and office supplies within guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure products are merchandised on the floor.
