Job summary

The LEGO Group in Minnesota is seeking a hands-on team member to support store operations with a focus on scheduling, supervision, stockroom organization and merchandising excellence. You will work closely with the Assistant Store Manager to ensure smooth shifts and excellent customer experience.

The role emphasizes adherence to LEGO policies, accurate cash handling, and maintaining a well-organized shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts and handle issues per LEGO policies with ASM/SM support.
• Complete orders for store and office supplies within guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom and merchandize products on the shop floor to meet loss prevention targets.
• Assist in achieving high standard merchandise presentation following store guidelines.
