Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent required.
0–2 years of retail experience preferred.

Good organization, prioritization, decision-making and problem solving.
Strong leadership abilities in a hands‑on environment.
Good strategic planning and business acumen skills.
Knowledge of retail management systems helps.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Spanish communication is desirable depending on location.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day department operations to meet company goals and KPIs.
Order and maintain department inventory for freshness and quality.
Review received orders for quantity, quality, and weights.
Supervise stocking, production, and related tasks to ensure quality and rotation.
Maintain product knowledge across the store and department.
Execute weekly flight plans and adhere to schedules and tools.
Support scheduling, labor control and payroll expense for the department.
Help implement the Winning Recipe and uphold company values and competencies.
Assist with staffing, training, performance management and career development.
Contribute to department forecasts, goals and meetings as required.
