Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop store team to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage scheduling, training, and adherence to Lids Training Programs.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness according to brand standards.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding store personnel and ensuring policy compliance.
• Open and close the store, handle cash controls, and perform daily operations.
